HOW IS THE MPA PROFILE MADE?

During a relaxed 2-hour interview, the MPA consultant gathers information about the client's career history, but primarily makes observations about the client's movement behaviour (while comfortably seated).

MPA consultants are highly trained to focus on integrated movement patterns — involving the whole body.

MPA does not consider superficial gestures or static postures to be relevant for an individual's fundamental and enduring pattern of taking action.  The whole body and "will" is behind core motivation.

The collected data is then calculated and interpreted for each individual.  Feedback is presented in a form relevant for the context and needs of the client.  Each individual receives a detailed profile for future reference, accompanied by an individual and/or group report.  Individual or group feedback sessions are usually combined with seminars of one-two days.  Follow-up sessions are recommended for best long-term results.
