THE   SYSTEM
– a powerful tool for strategic leadership

Based on the study of human actions and interactions, objectively describes an individual's unique decision-making pattern – the distinctive way a person is motivated to think through and implement decisions, both independently and with others.  Decisions can be big or small, but your core motivational pattern remains the same every time you go through a decision-making process – throughout your active life.  And decision-making processes underpin virtually everything we do.

Understanding individual motivation is the key to greater work satisfaction, productivity and co-operative interaction.

tells you which parts of a process motivate you most – where you are likely to be most effective and satisfied in the long run.  Are you most motivated – for example – when getting quick results, planning ahead, researching and making discoveries, making priorities, fighting for something you believe in?  How do these motivations combine with other factors to make up your unique Decision-Making Profile?

also tells you which parts of a process you prefer to go through alone and which parts you need to share with others.  Gaining this profound insight allows you to profit more fully from potential strengths and compensate for potential weaknesses.

enhances personal development and balanced decision-making – alone and in groups.

provides a practical guideline for effective and strategic people management.
